Addressing Problems as an Entire Class
Mr. Domino must confront a bullying problem in his Kindergarten classroom.

Poor Susie! She's being bullied by her peers because of her abnormal height! I could address this with the individual students involved, but I think it will be more valuable to address this as a class. In that manner, I will stigmatize this sort of behavior, clarify my expectations, and empower others to speak up. What's more, I will reinforce the positive, and inclusive classroom environment that I have been working to establish since the beginning of the school year. My efforts will allow Susie to feel comfortable, and will prevent future misbehaviors.
