This storyboard does not have a description.
When Tom and Daisy were alone in their home, Tom demanded to know the truth about the death of Myrtle Wilson. He did not tell her about their affair, however. Daisy insisted that Gatsby had struck the poor woman, but when Tom threatened to kill him, she confessed that she had been driving the car.
Tom was furious. It was bad enough that she had flirted with Gatsby. Now the two of them were threatening his reputation with their reckless behavior.
He picked up the phone and called the police, confessing his wife’s crime and letting them know where they could find a yellow car with a dented front bumper. Gatsby would probably claim that he had been the one driving the car. Whether he did so or not, Daisy and Gatsby would never be together again. He would make sure of that.
