As a child I was obsessed with eating. I ate whatever I wanted and didn’t care at all. I became over weight.
In my early teenage years I became sick of being fat and started to eat healthier and exercise more. I liked the results.
Stressful times in high school started and began to put on weight. I started to eat very unhealthy again and fall into old habits.
EXAMS IN PROGRESS
I wasn’t happy with my body so I started losing weight again. It started out as eating healthier and running….
….But as I continued, I began to cut down on my meal sizes. I was weighing myself every day and I would keep eating less and exercising more.
That’s when my family and friends started noticing things. They noticed my unhealthy weight, mood swings and personality change. They could see how I was constantly tired and depressed. I was taking less and less food to school and constantly saying I was full. They got worried about me.
