I became more distant from everyone and began to lose friends.
After lots of persuasion from my parents, I decided to get help from a therapist and nutritionist. They told me I had Anorexia Nervosa. They gave me some strategies to help cope such as becoming involved with activities that I enjoyed, make lists of things I was grateful for and spend time with loved ones.

The strategies my therapist and nutritionist gave me did help me cope but I was still too sick. So it was decided that i would have to go to a hospital facility to help me get better.
They kept me in hospital for a few weeks until I was well enough to go home, I had realized that food is good for you and not to keep loosing unnecessary weight.
I now live a happy and healthy life!
