Exposition - When the man starts telling us he has powers but tries to convince us that he is sane.
Conflict - When he tells us that the old man's eye is bothering him and he need to stop it but it's not that he wants something from him or that he dislikes him. It's just the eye.
Rising Action - When he goes to the old man's house a couple of nights but can't kill him.
Climax - When he kills the old man.
Falling Action - He hears the old man's heart beat and he starts freaking out, because he thinks the cops can hear it.
Resolution - When the man tells the cops he is the one who killed the old man.
