Storyboard Text

  • Scene 1: Camera pans to two schools having a casual conversation in background meanwhile narrator introduces main character.
  • Hey Adam, could I borrow your English notes real quick?
  • Yeah, sure thing.
  • Scene 2: Camera follows main character as he walks then sits on bench. Music slowly begins to tense as the narrator talks. Then lightning strikes, jump cut to boy waking up in the woods. 
  • Where Am I!?
  • Scene 3: Camera follows the boy as he wanders around the forest confused and lost. Tense and mystical music begins to play when boy discovers an old and spooky house. Narrator relays boy's thoughts.
  • This is straight out of a horror movie...
  • Once upon a time, there lived a boy called Adam. The 15 year-old  was living an ordinary and simple life with lots of friends and family until one day... 
  • Scene 4: Music becomes extremely tense as camera frantically follows the boy around. Doors opening and closing, floors boards creaking and faint whisper echo throughout the house .
  • *whistling wind*
  • He was suddenly stuck by lightning on his way home from school and woke up in a foreign and faraway land. 
  • Scene 5 (final scene): Tense music ends. Jump cut to a bird's eye view of the waking up in his home. Camera follows boy as he scans the room. 
  • After following a long, windy and rickety road, Adam finally came across an old and mysterious house hidden amidst the night. He pondered over entering the house but before he knew it, his curiosity overwhelmed him... He was already in the house. 
  • 
  • THE END
  • Adam wandered cautiously and aimlessly around the seemingly abandoned house until he suddenly fell asleep...
  • *ominous whispers*
  • Confused and dazed, Adam wakes up to find himself safe and sound in the comfort of his home. He questions whether or not his experience was truly a dream. However, that did not bother him as he was just glad to be home.
