  • According to Amendment 1, Congress should not make a law that takes away adult’s freedom.

  • According to Amendment 2, Everyone has the right to have a weapon, if they have followed the law process.

  • According to Amendment 3, Soldiers are not allowed to stay in an owner’s home without their permission.

  • According to Amendment 4, your property can’t be searched without a warrant.
  • According to Amendment 5, No one can be tried for a the same crime more than once, and everything you say can be used against you.
