Hi, i'm Lucas. Did you know that 200,000 children in the U.S. have the most severe form of tourette's Syndrome?
Many with TS experience additional neurobehavioral problems including inattention; Hyperactivity and Impulsivity, ADHD, related problems with reading writing and arithmetic; people with TS also reported problems with Depression or anxiety disorders. Tics are often worse with excitement or anxiety.
Lets spread awareness of TS symptoms! the symptoms of TS are rapid eye blinking, vision irregularities, facial grimacing, shoulder shrugging, head and shoulder jerking, repetitive throat-clearing, sniffing, grunting sounds, hopping, jumping, bending, twisting, barking, self-harm(punching ones self in the face) coprolalia(uttering swear words), echolalia(repeating the words or phrases of others)
TS does not stop while your sleeping
