Self identity - Alone and frustrated
I am in the goalkeeper for the junior A team and I've never done it before.
I feel self doubt at the moment I feel I'm not good enough to do this for such a good team and fear I will be terrible
I get nervous and start to sake and then I lose confidence and miss the ball
I was sad that I didn't save the goal and are team lost the game
I regulate my emotions of fear and self doubt by stopping and thinking about what I am doing and what I can do to change my emotions around.
By going for a walk outdoors with friends and having a laugh, calms me down.
