Yes! This Constitution can help the states and help them prosper for many years to come! This Constitution will keep our rights safe. And I know that John Jay agrees with me! What do you think Smith?
No! I shall not ratify this Constitution. Where are the people's rights? Why should I, when people don't even get rights? Also, I really disagree with you, Hamilton because that Constitution won't keep the rights of people safe. The government will be too powerful. Who's with me?

Hear Ye, Hear Ye! Delaware has officially ratified the Constitution.
After many days, weeks, months, and ratifies... The constitution has been ratified by at least 9 states.
Many years later...
It has been many years since the Constitution became legal, and we celebrate the hard work that those delegates put into making the Constitution legal. Thank You Delegates! Thank You!
