Lizzy saw an ad for a FitBit and thought it would be a great idea for her. She started using it to track her heart rate and number of steps on her evening walks.
Lizzy found that her new Fitbit not only tracked her steps and heart rate but also the distance she walked and how much she slept each night. She used the Fit Bit app to sync with her FitBit to help keep track of her exercise and set new fitness goals!
