  • Juliet doesn't want to be married with pairs, so she goes to Friar Lawrence for advise. He comes up with a plan for her to drink some poison that makes her appear dead. By the time she wakes, Romeo will be there to take her away to Mantua with him.
  • Juliet and Friar Lawrence's plan
  • "O, bid me leap, rather than marry Paris, From off the battlements of yonder tower;"
  • "Take thou this vial, being then in bed, And this distillèd liquor drink thou off,"
  • Day before the wedding
  • Juliet went back home. She decided to tell her mother and father that she was glad to be getting married to pairs.
  • Very well, as you should.
  • Im happy to be getting married to Pairs. I treated him with proper love.
  • Juliet takes the sleeping potion
  • Juliet went back home. She decided to tell her mother and father that she was glad to be getting married to pairs.
  • The Nurse finds Juliet "dead"
  • Juliet has taken the potion and the nurse has com in to wake her for the wedding to find out that she's "dead". She then panics and calls in
  • "Alas, alas! Help, help! My lady’s dead!— Oh, welladay, that ever I was born!— Some aqua vitae, ho!—My lord! My lady!"
  • The nurse called Lady Capulet into the room. Lady Capulet was in great distress finding out that Juliet is "dead".
  • "O me, O me! My child, my only life, Revive, look up, or I will die with thee!— Help, help! Call help."
  • "O lamentable day!"
  • After the funeral, Frair Lawrence went to go and finish his plans.
  • Only thing left to do now is tell Romeo everything is ready.
