  • We can not eat the cattle! They are sacred!
  • Odysseus advises the crew to not eat the sacred cattle and they agree to not eat them as long as they do not run out of food
  • We should not eat them as long as we don't run out of food.
  • We should not eat the cattle, it comes with so much disrespect.
  • The crew insists on eating the cattle but Odysseus does not out of respect towards the gods. 
  • We must feast or we will die of hunger!
  • We must feast or we will die of hunger!
  • We must pray for forgiveness from the gods.
  • The crew prays for forgiveness from the gods.
  •  You must punish them, they're eating my sacred cattle!
  • Helios is angry the crew is eating his sacred cattle. But Zeus spares Odysseus as he was respectful and did not eat the cattle. 
  • I will do as requested, once they're on the water. But I will spare Odysseus
  • Zeus strikes the boat and kills Odysseus's crew, but spares Odysseus due to him being respectful to the cattle. 
  • Thank you, as I am spared.
  • Odysseus's life was spared and now is floating back home. Which takes him nine days to get back.
