As the water slowly get to shore it gets warmer.
If heat is added to water, it evaporates, which causes it to float. Evaporation turns liquid water into a gas called water vapor.
Water vapor condenses into millions of tiny droplets that form clouds.
Clouds lose their water, rain, which is called precipitation
It goes to a new spot which is used wisely by nature for the next cycle.
Sometimes this water may stay in the same spot for a good while, but eventually the cycle continues.
