  • Phaethon and Epaphus fight over who has the better father.
  • Key Point #4
  • To prove that his father is better, Phaethon finds him at his palace, and asks him to ride the chariot. 
  • Key Point #5
  • HELP ZEUS!!!
  • Phaethons father tries to change his sons mind about riding the chariot, and he offers to ride it for him.
  • Key Point #6
  • The horses start to realize Phaethon isn't the master, and he is very weak. They start to go wild.
  • Phaethon lost control of the horses, and they proceed to aggravate the constellations, and they start destroying earth. The Earth calls Zeus to help it.
  • To stop the chariot from destroying earth, Zeus hurls a thunderbolt at it, killing Phaethon.
