Imagine that you are high up in the mountains for a vacation and your marathon, soccer tournament, or other sporting event is happening soon. Although you're on vacation, you want to stay on your game, and doing so may require some form of training. You're eager to start training, as you've heard of the benefits of training at altitude.

However, when your event rolls around, you realize that all your training during your vacation was for nothing. You have been disqualified for training at high altitude. Many people are angry at you for trying to ''cheat'', and you feel bad for what you did, but should you? Is high altitude training a form of cheating that should be banned?
