  • Background Donald John Trump was born in 1946 in Queens, New York City, the fourth of five children of Frederick C.During the summers, Trump worked for his father's company at the construction sites. He entered Fordham University and then transferred to the Wharton School of Finance at the University of Pennsylvania, from which he graduated in 1968 with a degree in economics. Which led him to to go into the economic world. With a small loan of 1 million dollars he enterprises on this to make billions soon after years of success he runs for president.

  • Backround Hillary Clinton (1947-) helped define the role of the modern political spouse and was one of the most accomplished first ladies in American history. A trained lawyer, she built a thriving career in the public and private sector, which she balanced with family life following her 1975 marriage to Bill Clinton. She was one of her husband’s closest advisers throughout his political career, which culminated in his election as president in 1992. As first lady, she focused on her lifelong interest in children’s issues and, more controverisally, health care. The Clintons faced a series of personal and political crises while in the White House, during which the often polarzing Hillary was subject to intense scrutiny and criticism. In 2000, she won a seat in the U.S. Senate, becoming the first first lady to win elected office. All of this made her run for president.

  • Background Born in 1941, politician Bernie Sanders started out his career as the mayor of Burlington, Vermont. He served four terms as the leader of Vermont's biggest city from 1981 to 1989. Sanders then moved on to the national political arena by winning a seat in the House of Representatives. From 1991 to 2007, he distinguished himself as one of the country's few independent legislators. In 2007, Sanders won election to the U.S. Senate and was reelected in 2012. He announced his plans to run for the Democratic presidential nomination in 2015.
