  • Shot #3
  • WAAAAH!!
  • SHHH. Marco. Everything will be alright.
  • This is the establishing shot. The setting is a wide shot of the neighborhood in which the characters live. It night time. The shot can be a pan, title or stable shot.
  • Shot #4
  • RAT SCUM! I SHOULD BEAT YOUR FACE IN!
  • This is a closer establishing shot of the characters house, following the previous one, which was wider. This shot allows us to feel like we are coming closer into the characters home and will be getting into the story.
  • Shot #5
  • WILLIAM STOP!
  • This is the scene with the main character Libby and her little brother Marco, who is both in Marco's room. Marco is crying from the screaming coming from the other room and Libby is trying desperately to comfort him but fails in doing so.
  • Shot #6
  • PLEASE! STOP IT! I BEG OF YOU!
  • In this scene we see the stepfather William, threatening to beat the mother, Cathy.
  • In this scene Libby & Marco's mom is in the kitchen, screaming and crying, as their stepfather punches and beats her up. This shot should be on a high tilt angle so we can look down on her. This will emphasize her inferiority and weakness compared to the father.
  • In this scene Lily still attempts to comfort Marco. This should be a midshot.
