Brown VS Topeka Board of Education
Our children reserve the right to attend the same school as the white children. Denying our children this right denies them the rights of the 14th Amendment.
Keeping our children separated is not only harming their education, but also their future and their well being. It's not fair for them to grow up feeling inferior.
Segregating schools is helping maintain an orderly society. Integrating schools would cause too many conflicts.
What about the 10th Amendment? It is within the state's rights to segregate schools.
State-sanctioned segregation of public schools is a violation of the 14th amendment and is therefore unconstitutional. I demand that all schools should be desegregated.
I won't stand for this!
This is outrageous.
