Hi, I'm Wernher Von Braun in 1945 I moved to the States from Germany after I built the V2 missile, I came here to build rockets and send people to the moon.
A rocket has 4 main parts! There is fins, a guidance and propulsion system, the cone
The cone is at the top of the rocket, it is shaped the way it is to offer minimum aerodynamic drag.
Then there is a propulsion which includes the tanks pumps, propellants, power head and rocket nozzle which produces the thrust.
the guidance system is what guides the rocket. It includes all the sensors, on- board computers, radars, and communication equipment.
Last but not least there is the fins which help provide stability for the rocket and maintain its intended flight path.
