  • Scenario: Some Access Seekers are transitioning to the B2B (Telstra & iiNet for example). Access Seekers cannot currently book appointments when they create orders via the B2B.
  • I create orders using the B2B, and I don't have access to the Service Portal to create appointments. Someone else in our company does that.
  • I reserve appointments and assign them to orders. I don't get to talk to the guys that book orders, and I need to know which orders need accelerated appointments.
  • Service Portal
  • I create orders in the Service Portal and the connection time at this order address needs to be as soon as possible.
  • I was told to select 'Accelerated' for the appointment SLA when I needed a faster than normal appointment.
  • I don't have an existing appointment ID so I need to reserve the next available appointment.
  • The Available Appointments window shows me both Accelerated SLA and Standard SLA appointments from which to choose.
