  • Romans, countrymen and lovers, hear me for my cause and be silent that you may hear. -Brutus uses emotive language and cals out to everyone which shows a bit of respect and convinces them to listen to him while he speaks .
  • believe me for mine honor, and have respect to mine honor, that you may believe. - Brutus alarms everyone that his personality is superior and worth the respect so he demands everyone to listen to him.
  • Not that i've loved Caesar less, but that i loved i love Rome more. Had you rather Caesar were living, and die all slaves , than that Caesar were dead to live all free men? Brutus displays the reasons behind caesars death.
