Today we are going to talk about Greek Mythology. Today we know tons and tons of different Greek Myths. It is amazing that today a lot of people show particular interest in the story of Hercules.
Hercules was half-man and half-god. His mother was mortal and his father was the king of all gods. He was Zeus.
Hercules had unimaginable strength. Hera was one of Zeus's wife and she had deep hatred for Hercules. She and Eury (an evil person), both came up with 12 Labors that Hercules had to complete to become immortal. He accepted the challenge and completed it.
WHY DID GREEKS MADE MYTHS?
I think the Greek's told and wrote myths because they wanted to entertain the kids. Not only kids, even adults and senior citizens got entertained.
Another reason could also be to teach life lessons and morals of life through these small or big tales. They could have also boosted religious passion in people.
Thank you for sticking around around. And as always "Have a nice day." - SHUBHAM PANDEY
