Scout Finds the Gum
Scout and Jem Find the Coins
Dill Comes Back for the Summer
Scout is walking home from school and sees tin foil in the Radley's tree. She investigates and finds a piece of gum. She takes the gum and tells Jem, but he doesn't believe her.
Tire Rolls into the Radley's Yard
Scout and Jem are walking home from school when they see something in the Radley's tree. They look inside and find two coins. Jem finally believes Scout's story.
Playing the Game
Dill comes back for the summer. The three children begin to get bored and want to find something new to do.
Atticus Suspects Something
The children decide to play a game where they get inside a tire and roll down the street. Jem gets mad at Scout and pushes her really hard down the street. She lands in the Radley's front yard and all the children get scared.
Jem comes up with the idea to play a game that makes fun of the Radleys. They impersonate members of the family and even use a pair of scissors in their game.
Atticus sees the children while they are playing their game. He suspects that they're up to something but the kids manage to not get in trouble. However, they all agree to keep the game a secret.
