Hey Dina did you know we will have a test on multi-step equation?
Yeah.... I hope we pass
Good morning, class today we will review how to solve multi-step equations. First you have to distribute the equation
The second step is that you have combine like terms on each side of the equation
The third step that you have to do is you have to move all variables using inverse operation to one side of the equation.
The fourth step is you add or subtract the constant to both sides.
The last step is to Divide or Multiply the coefficient to both sides.
Example#1: 2x+9=-6 First you make the positive 9 into a negative 9 and you do the same to the -6 and you will get -15. After that you divide 2x divided by -15 and your final answer will be -15/2
