Exposition: Mr.& Mrs. White, their son, Herbert white, and Sargeant-Major Morris .
Conflict: Sargent- Major Morris warns the family about the monkeys paw, while the family is thinking about making a wish.
"I don't know what the first two were, but the third was for death. That's how I got the paw."
Rising Action: The family comes to conclusion and makes a wish for 200 pounds, but receives it for a high price.
Rising Action:They received the 200 hundred pounds but, there son passed away in a terrible accident.
Rising Action:After going through a very tough time the family decided to make a wish to bring there child back to life.
Climax and resolution: They wish for there childs life back, and as they waited they heard a knock on the door , it was their child, but the father stopped the mother from opening the door on time.
