  • Queen Penelope tells the suitors that they will have to shoot Odysseus' bow in order to have her hand in marriage.
  • Odysseus' bow? Impossible!!
  • I, true son of King Odysseus demands you tell me your name and where you come from.
  • Telemachus, it is I Odysseus, king of Ithaca. Lady Athena has disguised me as a beggar.
  • It is not possible of any man other than Odysseus to shoot this bow!
  • Antinous and Eurymachus try to shoot king Odysseus' bow and fail along with the rest although they were the most capable. (Main Conflict)
  • Eumaeus and Philoetius walk down the steps with Odysseus, one as down cast as the other. (Metaphor)
  • If I was to tell you something would you listen?
  • Of course! Anything we can do to help!
  • Odysseus! Oh how we have missed your *companionship*
  • Odysseus' loyal servants, Eumaeus and Philoetius, are reunited with they're king. (Another conflict)
