  • I wish I had someone to talk to during this hard time
  • Yeah.. sure

  • Thank you so much for letting me vent to you, I feel much better
  • No problem! What are friends for?
  • I feel better knowing I have someone to talk to and to support me
  • Almost 90% of men & women state that friendships enhance their self-esteem.  Friends offer emotional support, can lend a hand & provide tangible support too.  Friends also provide a social network that connects an individual to a community.  Strong feelings of support within a network of close ties leads to feelings of attachment and involvement in the informal life of the community.  Make sure the friends you chose are ones that will push you to be a better person and achieve your goals. Cut out toxic friends/relationships.
