March 1902: "Roosevelt's trustbusting"- uses the act to break up business monopolies
February 14, 1903: Department of Commerce and Labor established- regulates work place affairs
June 29, 1906: Hepburn act- Private railroads couldn't raise rates with out approval from Interstate Commerce Commission (ICC)
June 30, 1906: Pure food/ drug/ meat inspection act- An act passed that impose fines on companies that endanger the health of consumers.
December 3, 1906: Roosevelt denounces segregation-calling segregation “a wicked absurdity” he has the school board reverse its decision
