Scrooge decides to be covetous with his stuff, he would rather be warm with extra fuel for his fire than give out more than he needs to. He doesn't like engaging conversation with his co-workers as all he thinks they want is his money, Bob cratchit is a hardworking man in horrible conditions without complaint.
Scrooge gets visited by the first ghost, Marley. He will not give money to any charity. He refuses an invite to his nephews party.
Scrooge gets an idea of what he has really been like towards his family and his co-workers. He is seen to be regretful about his past.
The ghost of christmas present has taken scrooge to visit the cratchits and scrooge sees Bob Cratchit carrying his son Tiny Tim who is sick.
Scrooge is shown visions of death from the last ghost, Christmas yet to come.
Its Christmas time, Scrooge is jolly, he knows that there is still time to change, he finally changes into a kind hearted man. Scrooge is redeemed.
