A reek legend named Pygmalion was a famous sculptor but because he was so busy with he never got married or had fallen in love. He then craved a statue which he adored and thought was flawless.
Pygmalion was so deeply in love with his handmade statue he prayed to the goddess of love and wished for the statue come to life.
After a while he found out that what he wished for came true. When he found out about this he was full of amazement and joy. He then decided to name the statue Galatea and married the statue.
