If you see how the car is going forward I am also going forward with the car this is because of something called motion
It is the same when a car is stopping if the car stops and you were going forward you keep going forward that is why you need to where your seatbelt.
Force is when you apply pressure or strength on some thing. Force is when you hit something such as the hammer against the nail so you are applying force on the nail which makes in stay in the table.
Motion is the action or process of movement or being moved such as this ball the ball is in motion because it is being moved by the wind.
Motion and force are compatible which means they go together such as me hitting the nail with the hammer I'm moving the hammer which is the motion and the act of me hitting the nail is force.
Force and motion are both used when you are braking in your car. You are using motion because even if you don't feel it you are moving with the car and that is how motion is being used inside a car. You are also using force in a car when you are braking because you are making the car slow down and also applying force on the brakes so the car will stop.
