Reflective practice - Susan and Robert
Two different teaching practices using and not using reflection.
Susan is much more reflective and I can think of many examples
Robert is not a reflective teacher. I don't know many teachers like this.
My work colleagues are like Susan because they are open to feedback, we do teaching observations on each other and general discussion is always about how to make our practise better. Some colleagues however are more reflective or open to change than others. Some like to continue what they have been doing just because it's easy, they get by and it means less work load for them.
