Meet Jim. He is a recent UNM grad, is single, and was recently hired as a PCSC representative at PHP
Several years later, Jim meets and marries Sally. Sally was born on March 25th 1978.. She is employed as an accountant for Starbucks. Jim and Sally are enrolled with benefits through their employer.
One Day, Voila! Jim and Sally become the proud owners of this brand new Baby Boy.
While enjoying his favorite form of excercising, Jim suffers an injury to his knee.
Jim's injury requires that he goes on Medical Leave for 120 days. Sally continues working a full time job, taking care of the three kids.
It's not long before another dependent joins the clan. Jim and Sally welcome the latest newcomer......Laura.
Jim has returned to PHP and is now a Supervisor in the PCSC. Things are looking good for this couple, until.....Starbucks is forced to lay off some employees. Sally becomes a lay-off casualty......
The once happy couple decides to get a divorce!!
Jim and Sally's oldest Dependent, Josh, has now turned 18 yrs old, lives at home with Sally and his sister and is not attending college.
It is a rfew years down the road now and after having re-entered the workforce, Sally announces that she is retiring with COBRA benefits.
Sally is now fully retired and COBRA benefits have been exhausted.
