Michelangelo - A Humanist
I, Michelangelo, was born in Caprese, Italy. I have always considered Florence my home. Follow me and I'll explain why I am a humanist.
My name is Michelangelo and this is my artwork in the Sistine Chapel. This piece of work makes me a humanist because anybody can feast their eyes upon my artwork and grow to become a better artist because of it. Even in death, my creations inspire future generations of artists.

Definition and Evaluation
Humanism is a belief that life should be lived to the fullest, and religious matters come secondary to the present. I, Gianna, believe that Michelangelo was a humanist because of his dedication to inspiring others in the present and future, all while being inspired by past artists. He worked to inspire all of mankind by publicly displaying his greatest creations. According to my evaluation, Michelangelo can be classified as a humanist due to his desire to help better everybody, not just artists.
