Two Chinese people, Shen and Jun, heard a knock on their door. It was their friends asking if they wanted to come to the pastry shop (where they were going). Jun knew she shouldn't go, so she studied for her exam. Shen, however, didn't care about her test and went with them anyway. So the aftermath one afternoon was Jun aced her test, while Shen flunked it. Shen's parents were disappointed in her greatly. But Jun had her parents impressed with her grade. Can you see the difference?
We're going to the pastry shop. Do you want to come?
Well, I have an exam to study for. Shen has one too, but she it is her decision whether or not she studies.
