What helps me manage my obsessive compulsions?

My therapy groups and excersize. I love walking with my friends. It helps me socialise and express my thoughts.
Overall, I can now manage my compulsions, I'm only washing myself when necessary. And my colour coding and ordering helps to organise myself but not restrict my life.
