  • The exposition in "The Most Dangerous Game" is that it takes place on Caribbean Sea in the 20th century. The other places are also in a yacht in the middle of the night. The setting is in a middle of the sea. The character in story is Rainsford and Whitney and they are hunters. They were talking about the island that was called "Ship Trap".
  • Falling Action
  • The rising action of the story is when Rainsford hear a gunshot and got kind of scare and fell to the dark sea. He swam to the "Ship Trap" island and slept there for the whole night. The next day he found footsteps and follow it to a village. When he reach there he saw General Zaroff and Ivan.
  • Resolution
  • The climax of the story is when General Zaroff tells Rainsford about his interest in hunting human.
  • "The Most Dangerous Game"
  • The falling action is when Rainsford refuses to hunt with Zaroff. After Rainsford refuse to hunt with Zaroff, Zaroff give him a path to be hunted by Zaroff. Day one of Rainsford being chase by Zaroff, he make a trial and climbed the tree to escape from Zaroff. Zaroff notice Rainsford trail and gave him another chance. On Day 2, Rainsford made a tiger trap near the Death Swamp to kill the dogs. Day 3, Rainsford throw a knife trap and made Ivan die. He found a way to the sea and jump off a cliff.
  • The resolution of "The Most Dangerous Game" is that Rainsford swam back to Zaroff mansion and got to his room. He waited for Zaroff and when he got a chance to see him in the room. Rainsford killed Zaroff in his bedroom.
  • The story take place in the 20th century, in the Caribbean Sea. It also present two characters that had experience the game. The game were popular in the wealthy class.
