I detect a hint of sarcasm.
In a dry and hot climate such as this, the temperature would reflect on the volume of your balloons. This means they will expand.
For instance, in the pumping up of a float, you must calculate the heat, and pump accordingly.
If you pump too little, the float will not float. If you pump too much, your float will turn into the this.
