The blood cell begins in the left ventricle which pushes the cells into the aorta, where it can the go through to the capillary after going through other arteries.
After going through the capillary, the oxygen breaks away from the cell making it deoxygenated allowing for the cells to flow through the veins and to the heart.
The blood then travels to the right ventricle where it gets pumped into the lungs. There it comes together with oxygen again and goes through the left atrium and begins it's journey again.
