LEISURE: In Peru there are many leiure activities including soccer,volleyball, bull fighting, tennis, basketball, dancing, hiking and yoga. There are lots of mountains to climb and field to play sports in.
LIFE STYLE: On the Quality of Life Index, the average quality of life is 92.81 out of 200, which is just below halfway. About 10%3 of the poulation is in poverty and the suicide rate is three per 100,000.
TECHNOLOGY AND MACHINERY: Peru doesn't have much in the way of technology. They do still have items such as mobile phones, computers, washing machines, tractors etc, and also have the oldest astronomical observatory in the Americas.
EDUCATION: In Peru, by the time they're 15, 93% of the population are literate. On average, they will have 9 years of schooling. In primary school, a teacher will teach on average about 18 pupils, and about 61% of people aged 25 and over have had some secondary education.
