  • The legislative branch
  • I am the legislative branch i have lots of power!!!!!!!!
  • The Executive branch
  • I am the president i must "take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed"
  • The Judicial branch
  • You are wrong ! No presents for you!
  • The legislative branch makes the laws, and can declare war. There are two different houses, one is The House of Representatives which has 435 members, The other is the senate and there are 100 members.
  • Full Faith and Credit
  • I am visiting from out of state and I will obey your laws
  • The Executive branch Enforces the laws, the "chief" is the president. The president and the rest of the branch must "take care that the laws must be faithfully executed."
  • Amending the Constitution
  • Hey bob! we should amend the constituion
  • The Judicial branch Interprets the Laws they and they are who made the "The supreme law of the land" aka the Supreme Court. Judicial review, has the power to review an action of the legislative or executive branch and declare it unconstitional.
  • Federalism
  • This means that states, for the most part, must accept the legal documents and actions of other states.
  • There are two ways to amend the Constitution. The first is congress can propose and amendment with two-thirds votes in each house. Another way is two-thirds of the states legislatures can ask congress to call a national convention to draft an amendment
  • Ok Josh, but we need more people to get so more people to agree!
  • Federalism is the division of power between the federal and state government.
  • The Federal and state government should be equally divided, and help each other.
