  • Waterloo is defined as a decisive or crushing defeat. When Napolean was overpowered in the Battle of Waterloo he was forced to leave France. In a similar way, when the Bobcats got clobbered in their basketball game, they were knocked out of the tournament. Both suffered a crushing defeat that led to consequences.
