Exercise even if it hurts.
Who knew that the bacon actually liked a form of exercise. DANCE!
DID you know dancing is actually really good for your muscles because it stretches and moves them.
Racha cha cha racha cha cha WOOHOO!
Because running is one of the best ways of exercise and yoga too. Even walking for at least an hour is good for the whole day.
If our muscles get stiff from stopping something like exercise you tend to move less and well feel bleh.
If you don't like exercise - don't run from it.
I don't want anymore exercise.
