- Mary wants to know how much she can borrow to buy her 1st home. Mary meets with Bob the broker, who offers her a range of loans. Mary decides Suncorp would be best, as she completes her pre-approval application Bob provides Mary with some information about Suncorp’s 1st home buyer insurance package. Mary is impressed she can read stories about people like her. When Bob asks if she would like insurance included in her loan she says ‘of course’

- Suncorp SMS Mary - “Congratulations Mary on deciding to purchase your 1st home! There is a lot to think about when doing this for the first time. To help here are some links that may be useful. Our Insurance is XXX offering XXX till XXX. Once you have found your new home and have signed a contract please call or message us on XXX_XXX_XXX and we can finalise your insurance. in Qld please call after signed a contract – as you only have 24 hrs.
- The Next Day......
- Mary has brought a house! She calls Bob her broker. Bob organises for Mary to come in and finalise mortgage paperwork. In QLD Mary has SMS Suncorp for insurance to start within 24 hrs. Suncorp calls Mary to confirm home details and finalise Insurance.
- Suncorp calls Mary on the day ofsettlement to confirm: Loan set up details. Insurance details, renewal date etc
