Aunt Alexandra has came to Maycomb to help out the family and help scout become more feminine.
Scout, your father and i believe you need more of a feminine influence in your life.
I dont really agree, but ok aunty.
Scout dissagrees and doesnt believe that she acts like a tomboy, but she hold her breath and stays quiet.
Your aunt is doing this favor mainly for you scout.
Scout mostly ignores her aunty unless they must speak.
Atticus! You must teach these children about our heritage and make sure they are PROUD.
Aunt Alexandra is taking over, being quite demanding, and bossy toward Atticus and the children.
You two must behave as a little lady and gentleman. You must behave accordingly!
After Atticus tells the children how they should behave the kids looked at each other looked at each other confused and stunned! Atticus had never spoken to them this way which shocked them. Scout believed this was NOT atticus's thoughts being said! Aunty Alexandra was behind all of this.
