- You can see that the object is at rest so it stays in rest
- Since it is in motion it stays in motion

- In This cell you can see that the object is staying at rest and not being acted on by any force which allows the object to stay at rest.
- It was acted on by a force which allowed it to go into motion and it is staying in motion without being stooped by any outside forces. (ex. Friction)
- Here it was acted on by a outside force and that outside force is the person catching the ball. This is an outside force that stops the ball when it is in motion and that is happening because as you can see the ball is being stopped the other football player who catched the ball.
