  • (left to right) Queen, King, Rosencrantz, Polonius, Ophelia, and Guilendstern are talking about what the found out about hamlet. Rosencrantz and Guildenstern tell the king and queen that hamlet wish them to attend the play tonight.
  • "to be or not to be, That is the question." III.i.64
  • R, G, and Queen exit, hamlet enters and The King and Polonius hide. Hamlet gives his famous "to be or not to be" soliloquy, scene 3 act 1 line 64.
  • Hamlet and ophelia have a conversation about how he never really loved her and its observed by polonius and Claudius however polonius still believes the root of hamlets madness is Ophelia
  • "Rich gifts wax poor when the giver proves unkind" Ophelia to Hamlet III.i.110
  • Hamlet exits the king and polonius reconvene with ophelia and discus what they observed
  • Like a Womans love
  • At the play Hamlet and Ophelia continue arguing and after the poisoning the King hastily leaves
