  • She's prettier than me!
  • She's too pretty for her own good..
  • You must leave!
  • In the beginning the king had three daughters, one of them was named Psyche. She was prettier that Aphrodite, so she was mad at the daughter.
  • I will not shoot any arrows for you anymore!
  • Aphrodite wanted revenge so she had her son, Eros, to go to her castle to pierce one of the arrows in her skin so she will fall in love with the first thing she sees, possibly the cattle dwarf.
  • Why won't be meet us?!
  • Eros pierced her skin with the arrow, but he woke her, and he instantly fell in love with her. He told his mother once he left. Aphrodite was enraged, and told him to leave at once. Aphrodite put invisible thorns around Psyche.
  • Where's my husband?
  • Eros refused to shoot any arrows for his mother. That meant no people were falling in love, and the word became dull and gray. Aphrodite then gave in and said he could have the girl, and she'd be freed if he began shooting arrows for her once again.
  • Once Psyche marries Eros, she cannot see him, but at night she can hear him, and feel him. Her sisters visited upon her husband's request. The sisters cannot meet him, and they don't understand. They get mad, and leave Psyche all alone.
  • Psyche gets curious, and slightly jealous that her husband might be visiting oter women when he's away. She then finds him when he's sleeping, and he left forever. From that night on she roamed the woods in search of her husband.
