Same here, and I believe that the parameters and their meaning depends on the industry.
I agree to both - and believe that the theory defines the parameters too black/white.
They did not agree with ability, the B2B-term + and the black/white setup of the literature.
So the experts overall agreed with the theory, except for ability - and would like to change B2B/B2C to Human-to-human.
It was necessary to test the applicability of the literature.
